YOU CAN LITERALLY SEE EVERY STITCH ON HER DRESS!!! I MEAN THE DETAIL IS AMAZING. if you say the animation in this movie is bad you are LYING.

Hey friends! Just want to inform you that the stitching on her dress and all the detail you see on her character model was painstakingly put there by Visual Effects Artists! Not animators. Animators pose and “animate” the characters, while Visual Effects Artists work on everything else! It can be very confusing, I know, but Visual Effects Artists are feeling very under appreciated right now in the film industry, so I encourage you all to understand and research the difference between Animation and Visual Effects!! Huzzah!
I think I queued this earlier without the added commentary about visual effects artists, so I wanted to make sure it hit my blog with that info.
Project Monsoon Clever colorful street art that only appears when it rains
After the Superhydrophobic Street Art, which uses a superhydrophobic coating to create designs which appear only in the rain, here is the Project Monsoon, which uses the same concept, this time with hydrochromic
painting, which reveals its color only when wet. This amazing and
clever project was designed by a Korean team of designers, in
collaboration with Pantone, to provide color to the streets of Seoul
during the rainy season, while paying tribute to the Korean culture. A
brilliant idea! Source: ufunk

If I ever get the chance to travel, I’ll definitely be going there.
Break Up Texts by Alison Wade
One woman turned awful breakup texts into art. “I obviously date the wrong people,” Allison Wade said, laughing. The artist behind the Break-up Text paintings, which have been collected in “It’s Not You,” an exhibit at Rick Wester Fine Art through January 10, Wade paints the messages she’s sent and received at the end of various relationships.
Wade’s work has long focused on relationships and modern communication. She’s used found voicemails, is at work on a series about sexts, and is hoping to track down the servers that contain messages from blocked numbers. You can read an interview with her here
They touched the butt.
I never knew that I needed a gif set of PIXAR butt touching, but here it is and I am very happy.
I thought the coyote stretching its paws was cute so I made a GIF of it.
toes
Why is there a coyote on a bus.
because they can’t drive
“Do you have to be so vulgar about men, like they’re pieces of meat?”
I HAVE WAITED SO LONG FOR THIS GIF SET
A little aggressive if you ask me
this is a true work of art
I drove by this giant sign everyday on my way to school. I think it was a temporary art installation turned permanent. I haven’t been home in a while, and I just miss the small comfort it brought.
From now on I’m only writing captions in Art school crit format. This is resolved. Good lighting. Great composition. Nice conversation happening here. Very successful.
